Caring for ALL in the LS25 LS26 LS15 LS14 WF10 community
Our main supporters are our volunteers. Without such a dedicated team we could not operate. Everyone brings a unique skill to NET. This has never been shown so much as in the Covid pandemic. All were keen to adapt from day one and everyone contributed in some way as they continue to do now as we go into 2021. Younger members of the community who were furloughed joined our teams to assist with the many tasks we are undertaking.

Food Donations
In the early days of the first Covid lockdown NETs food bank was soon depleted. Our funds enabled us to replenish stocks to some degree but it was thanks to many individuals in the community that we were able to continue. Along with donations from individuals many small local businesses and supermarkets donated food and consumables. They also gave us priority access during the early days of panic buying. All food donated to NET are distributed to those in the community area that NET covers.
